Here's a search almost nobody types into Google but plenty of people ask out loud: “is there a tool where I can just talk and it builds the website for me?” For years the answer was no — every “AI builder” still handed you a prompt box and made you type. This is the guide I wish existed back then: how to build a real website or app by talking, with no code and no typing.

What does “building by talking” actually mean?

Building by talking means you describe the product you want in ordinary speech — the way you'd explain it to a teammate — and AI turns that conversation into a working website or app in real time. It's the voice-first branch of vibe coding: instead of typing a prompt and waiting, you talk, and the build keeps up with you. (It's not the same as “voice coding” in the developer sense — dictating code syntax aloud. You're describing the product, not spelling out functions.)

How do you build a website or app by talking?
